The second largest butterfly in the world , the Goliath Birdwing (Ornithoptera goliath) is a creature of genuine legend — and displayed in a striking black 11×14 shadow box, it is nothing short of breathtaking. The male’s black forewings give way to a sweeping green triangle on the hindwings, while the underside glows in greenish-yellow  — bold, angular, and unmistakably birdwing.
